About Grand Canyon – North Rim
The North Rim sits a thousand feet higher than its famous southern counterpart — cooler, greener, and far quieter. Fewer than one in ten Grand Canyon visitors ever make it up here, which means the overlooks at Bright Angel Point and Cape Royal are yours to take in without the crowds. The drive in, through alpine meadows and aspen forest, is half the experience.
